ORDERING

When ordering on-line, please check the information you enter is correct before committing to payment. If you have any queries regarding our products or delivery charges, or wish to order in bulk please contact us at sales@kolachi.co.nz

PAYMENTS

You may pay for your order by credit card (Mastercard or VISA only) or by direct credit into our bank account. Once your payment is received your order will be processed. Please include your phone number and email address as requested so we can contact you with any questions.

All purchases made from The Kolachi Kitchen, from this website are in New Zealand dollars, and include the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).

DELIVERY

Delivery charges apply per order and are calculated on total consignment weight. For orders over 15kg please contact us at sales@kolachi.co.nz. Our delivery charges include GST and are as follows:

Please allow up to 5 days delivery for your order. If there is any delay we will let you know.
If you have any special delivery instructions (for example, if it's all right to leave the delivery on the porch if no-one is home) please add them to the on-line order form in the space provided.
If there is a particular deadline please let us know in advance. Overnight delivery is an additional charge and we will confirm it with you in advance

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with the quality or condition of the items on arrival, please contact us at sales@kolachi.co.nz, including an explanation of the problem you have with the order. Any courier problems should be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email.(We will replace or refund any goods damaged in transit. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. We will always keep you informed. Please ensure all items are returned in the original, unused condition, with the original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Remember to include your details.
